I am Istiaque, a compassionate and experienced Psychosocial Recovery Coach with a background in medicine & surgery. Over the past three years, I've been devoted to supporting NDIS participants on their journey toward positive life changes.

My career began as an NDIS support worker in 2020, where I quickly discovered my innate ability to connect with and support individuals and their families. Empathy and unwavering dedication have been the cornerstones of my success as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach.

Currently, I am pursuing a degree in nursing as a third-year student as well. This academic pursuit allows me to bring a holistic perspective to my coaching approach, integrating medical insights into the support I provide to my clients.

With a background in medicine, I pose a comprehensive understanding of health-related challenges, enabling me to address both the physical and psychosocial aspects of recovery effectively. I take pride in crafting personalized support plans that cater to individual needs.

As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, my mission is to empower NDIS participants to achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being. I firmly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to lead a fulfilling life, regardless of the challenges they face.

Staying updated with the latest developments in psychology, medicine, and nursing is essential to me. This commitment to continuous learning ensures that my coaching practices are always evidence-based and aligned with industry best practices.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I actively engage in community service initiatives, as I am deeply committed to making a positive impact beyond my role as a coach.
